40/60 Split – 2020 Freightliner Straight Truck (Leased to Panther) Class B CDL Minimum Required

We are a growing fleet looking for a professional, safety-minded OTR Expedited Team to run a premium 2020 26-foot Freightliner Straight Truck with an upgraded sleeper box, leased directly to Panther Premium Logistics. Running expedited freight means you get high-paying, time-sensitive loads with excellent earning potential and premium carrier support.
Compensation & Pay Structure, we utilize the industry-preferred 40% / 60% Gross Revenue Split, meaning we cover the heavy operational costs so you can focus on driving. Drivers Receive: 40% of Gross Revenue (Linehaul + Fuel Surcharge + Accessorials) split 50/50 between the team.
Owner Pays For: 100% of Fuel, truck maintenance, insurance, physical damage, and tolls. Accessorial Pay Split: You receive your full 40% split on all layover, detention, and hand-load fees. Predictable Income: You don't have to worry about high fuel prices eating into your weekly take-home pay.
About the Equipment Your home on the road is a clean, well-maintained 2020 26-foot Freightliner Straight Truck optimized for team comfort during long OTR stretches (typically 3–4 weeks out): Automatic transmission for easy driving spacious sleeper box with comfortable bunk(s) Equipped with a built-in sink, power inverter, refrigerator, and microwave shore power capabilities.
*Driver Requirements License: Minimum Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (Class A also welcome).
Experience:
Must meet Panther Premium Logistics’ minimum driving experience requirements (usually 6–12 months of recent verifiable OTR experience).
Qualifications:
Clean MVR and background check; ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
