KLAR Fleet Management is seeking dedicated Class A CDL team drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions to join our fleet!

As an independent fleet-owning company partnered with Panther, we offer exceptional driving opportunities for team drivers looking to grow in the transportation industry.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:
◾1099 Position – You file your own taxes at the end of the year
◾No-Touch Freight – We only haul dry van loads
◾Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday for loads completed the previous week

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬:
◾$0.90 per mile for team drivers ($0.45 each driver or $0.54 for trainers / $0.36 for trainees)
◾$1.00 per mile for teams that qualify to run Government loads
◾$0.60 per mile for solo drivers (teams are preferred)
◾Bonus Opportunities – Earn a $500 bonus every 15 weeks (exclusions apply)

𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 – Stay out 3 weeks on the road, then enjoy 4 days home on average
𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Drive Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmission
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – Trucks come equipped with: Mattresses, Fridge, Microwave, Power Inverter

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬:
◾Truck Maintenance, Tolls, Tires, etc.
◾Subcontractors only pay for damages they cause to company equipment
