Experienced OTR Cargo Van Driver – Expedited Freight
We’re looking for an experienced OTR sprinter van driver to partner with us running expedited freight across the U.S.
This is a full-time opportunity operating under a fleet owner leased to Load One. Truck is based out of the Atlanta area.
What to expect:
-OTR freight. Not a local, home-daily role
-Expedited / time-sensitive loads
-Mix of driving and waiting (not a high-mileage CDL role)
-Running exclusively under Load One’s authority
-Dispatched through Load One, with direct communication with the owner
-Earnings are tied to how you run, we can align based on goals and how you like to operate
-Onboarding takes place in Michigan with Load One
-Pets and passengers welcome (within reason)
What we’re looking for:
-Minimum 6 months of verifiable expedite experience
-Valid DOT medical card with at least 6 months remaining
-Clean driving record — no speeding violations of 15+ MPH over the limit in the past 3 years
-Comfortable running OTR across the U.S.
-Strong communication and reliability
-Keeps the van clean, organized, and inspection-ready
-Takes ownership and treats this like a partnership, not just a job
-Interest in growing with us as we add additional vans
Compensation:
Percentage-based structure, discussed based on experience
Incentives for performance, tenure, and referrals
About us:
We’re a small, hands-on operation — myself and my partner, who has 20+ years of OTR experience. We’re growing a small fleet and working directly with the driver as we build this out.
Equipment:
2025 Mercedes Sprinter (high roof, extended), set up for OTR with a cot, mini fridge, and basic power/AC support.
