We are looking for 3 FedEx Custom Critical qualified teams to join our fleet and start immediately. We pay 60% FLAT rate. PLUS, we pay out monthly bonus incentives. We also offer lease-to-own options available after you have been in our fleet for a period of time.
--2020 Volvo - 120in sleeper - custom-built Bolt sleeper with single back bed/no bunk extra storage, shower, potty, convection microwave, stove top, and mini fridge.

--2 2020 Western Stars - 120in sleeper - custom-built Premier sleeper with double back bunk on the back wall equipped with e-track, shower, potty, convection microwave, stove top, and mini fridge. BOTH TRUCKS HAVE ROLL UP DOORS - No pulling back and forth to the shop to open and close doors - DRIVERS AND CUSTOMERS LOVE THESE DOORS.

We are a family-based company with hands-on learning from the owners, who do not micromanage - but offer training if wanted. We also have 24 management available if needed. Across the bridge from Louisville, KY - conveniently located within 100-mile radius of several custom critical POIs - including Louisville KY, Brooks KY, Indianapolis IN, and Bloomington IN - we have a shop with a driver's lounge with shower, washer/dryer, parking - with electrical hookups, and company vehicles for drivers to drive. A LOT OF OUR DRIVERS HANG OUT HERE ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN THEY'RE IN TOWN.
On-site, we have a mechanic who does routine truck maintenance including oil changes, shocks, APU service, etc. We also have a Thermoking, Carrier, and tire shop located within 5 minutes from our shop.
